Yes, we provide introductory guidance and product demonstrations to help customers understand how to use Uniscale effectively with their whole team. While our product onboarding is included in all packages, personalized onboarding with more in-depth trainings is included in the Business Plan. If you choose a different plan, the personalized onboarding is available as an additional, purchasable standalone addon.

Product onboarding includes an introduction to the functions within Uniscale. The personalized onboarding consists of a comprehensive onboarding and implementation for your entire organization. With our experts and your complete team, you will get a tailored onboarding based on your personal goals, company size and complexity, and current workflow and tech stack. When completed, all team members will experience the full value of Uniscale.

Our monthly plans are flexible, operating on a month-to-month basis, which means you can cancel at any point. For annual plans, there is a commitment of 12 months paid up-front. While there are no refunds for annual plans, this option offers significant savings compared to monthly billing.

We do not offer refunds. We recommend taking advantage of our 30-day trial to explore Uniscale and ensure it's the right fit for you before committing.
